Advanced Training

1. How much does the training cost?

The cost for the Statement Analysis Advanced Training is $40.

2. How can I pay for the training?

You can pay online with a credit card through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase the training.

3. How long will I have to complete the training?

Your username and password to access the training will be valid for 60 days upon purchasing the training. If you need additional time to complete the training, send me an email and I will extend your access to the training.

4. What is in the workbook?

The workbook contains the techniques and key points from each lesson. There is a "Notes" area on each page where you can write down some additional information from the lesson and you can write down some of the examples found in the lesson.

5. Tell me more about the quizzes I will have to take.

There will be several quizzes consisting of three questions. You do not have to answer the questions correctly. The quizzes serve as a review of some of the key points found in the lesson.

6. I have not attended your one-day class on Statement Analysis. Will I benefit from this advanced training?

Yes. However, some of the techniques are not fully explained because it relies on information shared in the classroom training.

7. I have taken the Statement Analysis On-Demand Training. Will I benefit from this advanced training?

No. The techniques taught in the advanced course were covered in the on-demand training you completed.

8. What if I forget my username and password?

Your username will be your email address which should be easy to remember. If you forget your password, there is a link you can click. Thinkific, who hosts the training, will send you an email with instructions on resetting your password. If you don't hear from Thinkific, you can send me an email.

9. Will I receive a certificate upon completing the training?

Yes. At the end of the training, you will be able to print a Certificate of Completion. The certificate will state you have completed three hours of training. Please note, the name you used when registering for the training will be the name that appears on your certificate.

10. When I print my certificate, it does not print correctly. How do I fix this?

In your print settings, you will need to select "Fit to paper" or "fit to printable area" in order for your certificate to fit on the page and print correctly.

11. Can I change my name on the certificate after I have already completed the training?

Yes. Contact me through the training or send me an email with the name change. I will then send you an updated certificate.

12. Is there any assistance available while participating in the training?

Yes. There is a link in the left-hand column at the bottom of every page that will allow you to send me a question. I will respond as quickly as possible.

13. I have already purchased the training. Where can I log in to access the training?
