If you are unable to attend a class, we invite you to provide a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time including the day of the class. If you wish to make a substitution, please notify us at aic@statementanalysis.com or call us at 252-364-5375.

Registrants cancelling at least 14 calendar days prior to the class will be issued a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the class are not eligible to receive a refund. Registrants who cancel within 14 days or who fail to attend the class will be enrolled in our Statement Analysis Online Training course in lieu of a refund.

If the class is cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be issued to all registrants.
